Why Devolution? #8

“Who audits where the money goes?”

Introduction:

Thank you all again for staying with me. As I always suggest, you’re going to want to read ALL of Patel patriots articles on Devolution as well as reading through the last 7 of My articles to be caught up. Last article was in response to what I’ve suspected to be a disinfo/slander campaign against one of our very own, Micheal Flynn. Considering Flynn’s time in Afghanistan I thought this next venture would be interesting to speak for Flynn’s “not speaking out” as some have recently called it.

In my research I found 2009 to be a impactful date. Trump joined twitter, Obama was inaugurated, and a purge of loyal Generals took place, and as we just went over in In my Pegasus,OSY,NSO#2, we find a “information revolution” starting in 2010, Trump started his campaign gaining millions of followers on Twitter, a traitor was inaugurated, and that traitor attempted to purge all Generals and officers unwilling to move in Obama’s direction.

Many look and say that anyone still in the military after the purge has to be a deepstate player. But, given the success Q has had reaching the people as an audience, one would question, “did Obama really purge ALL loyal generals?”

What else was going on around that time that could be insightful given what we see today?

Meet John Sopko.

In 2012, John Sopko was appointed special inspector general for Afghanistan reconstruction. One thing that immediately stuck out is the “Donald Trump of inspector Generals”. Slightly indicating distaste from the media towards this one. Many in the government have bashed John’s style when hunting waste amid audits. So to answer the question, “who audits where the money actually goes?” This guy is one!

I bring this up because of the Lessons learned interview I break down in part 7 of my articles, Flynn highlighting corruption. So what else was going on around this time?(2012)

So Flynn, in the same way bad people have advised good leaders in the past, Flynn pulls the switch. A good person advised a bad person for once. At the same time of becoming DNI, Flynn heads up JFCCISR. this move would become significant later on. Remember changes made as a result of the paper Fixing Intel highlighted the harm compartmentalizing information away from JSOC’s was to our operations in the Middle East.

Flynn was suspected of being compromised by Russians long before Trump ever announced he was even running. The meeting Flynn had in Russia had me suspicious that he was attempting to set up a line of communication between our two countries special forces. The deepstate has the same playbook in every country. So to assume Russia has the same stance of eliminating corruption from its intelligence agency by redirecting more authority to their spec ops could be probable.

Back to Flynn and Mcrystal’s efforts to “streamline intelligence to contractors and JSOC’s”. The position Flynn took up simultaneously appears to be strategic in the fact, right before Trump came into office that positions functions moved to the joint staff. This move seemingly matches the theme of Trumps reorganizing of the Fed structure. By joining two departments that serve the same function and purpose, you eliminate fat, waste, and corruption.

Significance in that is, in my second Why Devolution article, Joe McGraw is the one that headed the fusion center where spec ops think tank outside of Washington advises the office of net assessment, of whom advises the joint staff on strategy. The last 10 years begins to look more like an effort to get intelligence streamlined to the President through special forces related activities.

So for the timing on all this. Now rather than two different agencies, involved in the “interagency process”, faster decision making is able to to take place. (Interagency process was discussed in a negative light at a Heritage Foundation speech with Flynn and Michael Ladeen)This grabs my attention because of the fusion center mentioned in why devolution 2, that fusion center advises the joint staff, which is now in control of “Joint” functional component command for intelligence. Big in that, multiple COMs can now pool intelligence, and we’re looking at the possibility of various countries assisting President Trump root out corruption from the national security apparatus.

Now back to audits. It was 2014 Flynn got “outed” as being compromised by Russians by Stefan Halper and Clapper seemingly forced Flynn’s retirement as I see disagreement between Flynn and Clapper over Flynn wanting to meet with the Russians here in the US after having been the first Intel official to be a guest at the GRU headquarters in Moscow . One year later Flynn was testifying about waste, corruption, and lessons learned in Afghanistan in 2015. Then Trump announces his run for president and by 2016 before Christopher Steele delivers the dossier to the FBI, Steele and the democrats through arcanum and the Kazak kgb were also trying to simultaneously fish for anything to tie Trump to the kremlin. Actions that were taken in an apparent attempt to shelter for crimes being committed in Ukraine.

We know that much of the intelligence community that had dealings or responsibilities in Ukraine in 2014, were also largely the same cast and crew that attempted to impeach Trump for his inquiring into possible corrupt actions taken by our government officials in Ukraine predating his presidency. Well these are the same officials that lied to the press about Hunter Biden’s laptop being Russian disinformation. (Remember Clapper is the one that had a problem with Flynn meeting up again with Russian officials, and now he’s wrapped up in covering for Hunter Biden in regards to the laptop story.)

Now given we know Hunter Biden and Devon Archer were getting paid by Karym Massimov in Ukraine and Kazakhstan, and we know that Karym had a henchman named Kenes that was good friends with Hunter Biden, and that Kenes was spied on with Pegasus for the last 3 years, and that Putin arrested Karym merely a week before the Kazakhstan revolt. One can easily speculate where things are headed next. Brings me back to the counter-claim made by Felix Sater from my Pegasus,OSY,NSO #3. In it Felix bids the foresight;

-“No one can predict the long-term consequences of the Kazakhs’ actions. However, when the history is written, the Russian Collusion Hoax and its fallout should be laid at the feet of the Kazakh KGB and the Kremlin, which directed Massimov.”

Just as the CIA seems to be the center point of corruption given the ability to control, seize, and manipulate information, the Kremlin could have very well been working against Putin and Trump in the lead up to Russia gate and spygate. Further enforcing the idea that anons have in corruption probes are ongoing in other countries relating to their intelligence agencies.
