Why Devolution?
“Focus on the “why””
We’ve been told the “how would be hard for most to understand”.
Part 1
Patel Patriot has produced great articles on devolution and continues the work to this day.
I highly recommend reading through every bit of the devolution articles before even starting to read mine. Next I recommend checking o it every embedded link. There’s a ton of info that simply would crowd a single article. I’ll try and lay out precipitating conditions and circumstances that could lend even more credibility to the devolution argument
Introduction.
I must admit, reading through Patel Patriot’s Devolution Articles were absolutely exhilarating. Not only for the fact that at a seemingly hopeless time, a well rounded patriot was able to say “wait a second, I think there’s something more afoot”, but in that research I had been conducting had seemed to meet a converging point with a total stranger’s and fellow Patriot’s work. While Patel’s focus meticulously lines out actions and events primarily within the last 4-5 years, my aim is generally focused on what lead to this critical point in time we’re now at.
I’m going to try and wrap this up in 4 parts, focusing on three irregular warfare experts and some of the good and bad activities that have taken place a bit silent from public purview, as well as draw the case for awareness of corrupt activities of bad actors and their relation to some 3 experts.
First some context as to what I had been researching.
So when a mysterious character started posting on 4chan in October of 2017, making major waves and gaining the support of hundreds of thousands if not millions in only a years time, and it definitely got my attention as well.
The first and, what I felt to be strategically brilliant, things I noticed were that people from every realm of conspiracy or topic were being brought together in all their research and interests. From Christians, patriots, and new agers to conspiracy theorists, law buffs, plane watchers, and patriots from all over the world. While remaining skeptical at first, I decided to go and find proof that there were people within the military that recognized what all us “conspiracy theorists” have been saying for 5,10, even 15 years. That the federal government had lost sight of catering to the citizens of the country, and instead made sure to rig the system to always remain in their benefit. So I set out to see if; anyone in the US Military showed signs of distaste toward the governments actions, showed signs of wanting to unite the affected population, or anyone that has been dealing in irregular warfare showing distaste towards some of the bad actors within our government that us anons have had our eyes on.
Some of the people that I feel have bore good fruit throughout the years and been witness to the corrupt activities of our state department.
One of the first and one of my favorite people I stumbled on was David Kilcullen. He is a counterinsurgency expert and owns a metadata processing company Native, and an irregular security company Cordillera. Cordillera was a second irregular security company Kilcullen owned. I had suspicions early on in my research that both security companies were used in Counterinsurgency as a contractor.
One can only imagine my disbelief when I found this article(above). Caught my eye for one main reason, Hillary Clinton and her smartmatic voting machine shenanigans in 2009 in Honduras. Wasn’t even looking for Kilcullens work when I found this but I found his prior security company Caerus Associates was involved in cleaning up state department messes in Honduras in 2012. Actions predating 2012 come with a negative sentiment with local Hondurans placing much of the blame for unrest on the hands of the United States.
Less than 1,000 words into this article and these three paragraphs are the epitome of Hillary Clinton’s “failures”, which could be more accurately described as “criminal and corrupt actions”, that she seems to replicate anywhere she went as Secretary of State. Haiti, The Philippines , Honduras, and her shadow president of an ally Barak Obama seemed to have a focus on “Free and fair elections” in the major fentanyl producing country of Myanmar(which has been found to be have an autonomous/sovereign state in the northeast corner that receives a large part of its power and utility from China it’s neighbor). Another troubling phrase we’re seeing repeated by complicit politicians across the globe amid this “crisis” is this “Build back better” campaign, that seemed to be an international initiative being pushed by Bill Clinton at the time of the Haiti scandal with Clinton Foundation and Red Cross.
With Clintons and Obama running around making so many messes, it’s fun to go see what our government response, while Trump was in office, was to the elections in Myanmar that Obama allegedly “fortified”. Merely 5 days after our own fraudulent election, Pompeo sets up to monitor elections Myanmar, which consequently lead to the coup of ousted Myanmar leader Aung San Suu Kyi. Which I had seen as a jab towards China, Obama, and Hillary.
So considering Hillary’s background on election meddling, the lockstep repetition of the phrase “Build Back Better” being hollered by every world leader in support of lockdowns and fascist censorship, makes it especially disturbing looking back to that news interview in which she tells Biden “..not to concede under any circumstances..”. This is atrocious when considering the amount of experience she has in election interference, the meaning of her words could easily be construed as direction for Biden to simply “double down on the lie, even if they catch us”. Citing all they had to maneuver was court cases and legal challenges, because she knows what they did was illegal.
So now for the relevance of David Kilcullen. At the end of this article I’ll provide links to different talks and speeches David has given that gave me quite a bit of hope that we have some people in our military that would never let the unimaginable happen, allow for China to seat their preferred dictator.
I found evidence of David using his irregular security company to design and implement a system (above)similar to that he’s made for Afghanistan and the Middle East, as well as for the Honduras operation he got involved in in 2012 to settle tensions after Clinton’s presence there caused unrest. The program he applied for in 2017 started receiving funding for in 2018 to 2019 to develop similar to that of the resilience models he made for the Middle East and Honduras. The program was supposed to have a pilot run on a handheld app debut at SXSW in Norfolk in 2020 but cancelled due to covid. This was a major component of what I found significant with the devolution articles, especially after considering all the actions of Chris Miller and Ezra Cohen Watnik in regards to special forces.
Conclusion
So it would appear that Counterinsurgency expert who advised and assisted in the Middle East the past 20 years was also tasked by DoD to work with USG counterterrorism Technology Support Office. Ends up being a part of another ongoing project in Norfolk all measured around resilience and anti fragility, a metric observed in large urban areas usually to be prepared for best defensive locations and weakest defensive locations among other things.
Guy is highly knowledgeable about threats that China pose and spoke at a Foundation for Defense of Democracies in 2019 that a Ret. General Jack Keane spoke on national security strategy review and was speaking about war gaming scenarios in which China could likely defeat us in conventional war. A statement I refuse to believe was not Military Deception. Don’t get much more Sun Tzu than that. And what happened immediately after this review in 2019? China releases a virus. Amid tarriff wars, a bogus impeachment, a panicking media, and Bill Gates being upset about his having to halt a documentary and vaccine initiative in Africa, as well as allegations surrounding the relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
So to recap, focus on the “why”
Why devolution? Because counterinsurgency in which appropriate personnel influence, guide/assist in the affected population of a government to take their country and system of government from the illegitimate government. Most logical thing is a transition phase of a counterinsurgency operation I believe we have been witnessing, would be most logically and rationally carried out through devolution. Devolution seeming clear on paper, but not on the news could very arguably add to strategic ambiguity, a topic I’ll cover in the next article as well since it was discussed at a Lecture of Opportunity in early 2017. Listening to his talk makes the Foundation for Defense of Democracies review of National Security Strategy make me think we’re going with a “foggy” way of handling “attacks”. Patel pretty well covers the fact that Trump made clear to say that we were “under attack”.😏🐸❤️🙏📖🇺🇸
Here’s a couple links for different talks I’ve watched and learned a lot from.

Hope you all enjoyed. I’ll be working on my Part 2 of this article to focus on Joe McGraw next. This will explain some shuffling of special forces and some interesting things I’ve found about Joe McGraw.
